Revolving Loan Fund

A loan program designed to help bridge the gap between available financing and project costs.

IMPORTANT:
This is a loan, not a grant. Loan funds must be repaid according to the terms of the loan agreement.

What is Gap Financing?
The Sherburn EDA Revolving Loan Fund provides loans to help eligible childcare businesses start, expand, or improve their facilities and operations.
